Hey guys.
Didn't expect to write here in the middle of the day, but whatever.
Today I faced a problem which I never faced never before - my PayPal is missing a certain amount of money for a
ridiculous reason.
On October, 17 I had received the payment for YCH\commission from one certain email which is now questioned and frozen at PayPal account.
This is what I got:

And now, let me tell you that I never miss any of my commissions and try to deal with those as soon as possible. Even if I do forget (I am human, after all), those people are free to push me or to ask how the drawing is going. That is the reason why I put my to-do list on DeviantArt, so everyone may check on how many is left to be done or how long the queue is.
Not going to lie, I've seen many people come and go, here and on ych.commishes. That's why I simply cannot remember each and everyone of you guys.
Trying to solve the siltation, I simply googled the email and, thankfully, found out who my customer was.
Snowfire-CabbitHowever, it didn't happened on DeviantArt, but on ych.commishes. Following by the date, I found a couple of drawings with character who looked highly familiar to the one I happened to draw a couple of months ago. Right timing, huh?

I contacted them, both on DA and via mail, but no reply whatsoever. It doesn't look like I forgot about someone because most of my YCHs were successfully sold and completed; only a few left. Of course, I have a few 'works in progresses', but I am currently working on those, and this guy is not on the list.
And now, I have a question to make. Was I actually scammed?
Why part my money is frozen? To me, it looks like they just thought
"Oh, I need money urgently, why not to call these back". I haven't got any notes within these months, no one has wrote to my email address as well. My job is completed and there was no reason why anybody would ask their money back. Unless they are doing it for their own fun, I guess.
And now... I have no idea what to do. Of course, I might be wrong, maybe that isn't the person I worked out with, but everything, including the date, the character and the email are matching. For now, I am still awaiting for them to answer my questions, but it highly looks like I was
used as an artist.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------EDIT: OH YES I DID
I have found a chat, a proof, mentioning that it was he who send the money to me. And the YCH, the comic I mentioned above, was finished indeed. I owe nothing to this person now.Rainyday501, aka
Snowfire-Cabbit , I'm not the person to tolerate those pranks.
Just reported PayPal contact system. No one is going to scam me that easily.

Thanks for paying attention, folks. If you have any advices on how I shall behave in such situation, feel free to share those with me.
